Return and Exchange Period:

30 calendar days from shipping date.                                   

No returns or exchanges on:                

• Custom Parts
• Lights and Turnsignals unless in original packaging
• Fiberglass parts, including bodywork, undertails, and huggers
• Closeout Items
• Opened Packages
• Used items
• Custom Colored Windscreens

EXCHANGES:

APPAREL EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE: It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
You can exchange for any like item of the same size and price.  If the price is higher on the new product you will have to pay the difference 

RETURNS: We no longer charge a return fee. you will get back what you paid!. How ever We will not refund the cost of shipping for returned items. Once returned items have been received you will receive your refund that same week. 

Rules & Policies:

All products sold at Fatbikez are brand new direct from the factory. If you receive any product damanged changes are its the carriers fault.  Will will exchange the broken product to you in exchange for another as long as an RMA is created and you follow the return instructions.

Lost Items:

Fatbikez is not responsible for items lost in the mail. We will provide you with tracking numbers for all items that we ship to you as long as the confirmation address. If you would like to purchase insurance on an item please let us know and we will add this to you price.
