B2 Industries takes crash protection to the next level. From the factory that has been making frame sliders for over ten years, more than a decade of crash engineering is put to use in the best rail based protection system. Each rail is bent from thick wall carbon grade steel tubing to guarantee the highest level of strength and durability. B2 Industries does NOT use large diameter thin wall tube or low grade steel. Only the best materials are used in the construction of each set of Pro-Rails. Every Pro-Rail is constructed using deep penetrating TIG welds for superior strength at each joint. All fittings are CNC machined from steel for precise fitment and the highest level of strength. Welding a washer on to the end of the tubing is unacceptable. Each Pro-Rail comes with an ultra high molecular weight plastic slider puck. The specially designed UHMW pucks are shatter proof and absorb impact energy into the puck instead of into the motorcycle’s frame and motor. Each specially shaped puck is UV resistant and shaped to spread impact out over a wider area. Each B2 Industries Pro-Rail is powdercoated with a durable gloss black finish. Each kit comes with coated hardware to reduce the risk of corrossion. B2 Industries Pro-Rails are manufactured to the same standards to which military fighter aircraft components are built.
