When is the best time to reach Fat-Bikez on the phone?
Catching us via phone can be hard at times, we always respond to emails faster because they come to our mobile phone. If we are not in the office leave a message and we will return the phone call as promptly as we received it. please be patient because we are working for you.
Why haven't I received a confirmation to my order?
Check your Spam Folder. If its not there please contact us and we will send it to you again.
Why does my order still say processing?
once your order has been processed, it is then submitted into our system, we have to verify that your funds are available at that time.. some cards have a few days hold period. once funds have been cleared, your order will be submitted.. submitted to: complete, backorder, denied, or ready to ship.
What happens after my order is completed?
You will receive your product within 2-5 business days
Why does my order say declined?
our card system will not complete an order with a card that has a wrong address to the billing of the card.. will decline you if you do not give proper 3 digits verification codes, and will decline if funds are not available
Why does it say my order is back order?
The item might be delayed in production for an extra few days. If the backorder will be over 5 days we will promptly give you a call.
What does it mean when my Item says ready to be shipped?
It means that we packaged it and its all ready to be shipped on the next business day.
How do I know my shipping fee?
for any product $ 8-10 USA .. $20 in Canada.. $25 to Australia and $35 to every other country. . It your shipping cost will display on checkout.
When will I receive my tracking information?
We will give you your tracking information the day that we ship the item to you.
How much are Over night fees?
$50 If the item is Stocked
