These are HH, or Double H, performance oriented brake pads. The HH designation means that they offer a very high coefficient of friction. They are also referred to 'sintered metal' type pads because of the high metallic makeup of the materials used. Most modern sportbikes come standard with sintered metal pads.

Why use the HH pads vs. the standard organic or Kevlar impregnated pads ?

-Under normal use will run cooler and cause less rotor discoloration and warping.

-More precise and accurate feel and control.

-More braking force when you need it.

-Less effort on the lever/pedal.

-Longer lasting.
